STANDARD FREIGHT NATION WIDE
Pay $12 or free with a spend of $150.
From dispatch – Estimated Delivery within 2 to 6 business days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Pay $15 or spend $150 and upgrade to Express for only $5.
From dispatch – Estimated Delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

NEW ZEALAND
Orders with a New Zealand delivery address are sent via Australia Post for a charge of $30 per parcel. You can generally expect to receive your parcel within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Orders will commence soon, stay posted for updates.

YOUR DELIVERY
Please include your company name when delivering to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. The risk and title in the goods you purchase pass on to you the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided with your order. We will not take responsibility if your order is lost or goes missing after it has delivered by the carrier. The risk in leaving goods unattended in these situations is with you.

DELIVERY TIMES
When we use delivery services such as Australia Post or other couriers it means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third-party services which are outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and we won’t be liable for any loss, expense, or damage caused by delay in delivery.

ORDER COMMUNICATION
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.
